Harbor View Community Services Center is an outpatient mental health program for children ages 5-21 yrs. Medi-Cal contracted provider with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. Field-based services include case management, therapy, and medication support. School based mental health, Therapeutic Behavioral Services, and Full Service Partnership programs. Accredited with Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
