Senior/Multiple Services
Our Senior/Multiple Services chapter has hundreds of listings that cover a
variety of needs for the elderly and their loved ones. Most of the listings
fall into one or more of the categories listed below.
Medical/Mental Health Care

Facilities offering services for those with
memory loss, dementia, medical problems, depression, and
functional difficulties

Adult day-care services.
Legal Listings

Agencies that assist with protecting older
adults, bill paying, guardianships, property maintenance, and
estate planning.

Information and referral services for seniors
and their families.
Senior Centers
-
Centers provide such activities as dances,
bingo, cards, arts and crafts, and exercise classes.

Also provides information on food programs,
income tax assistance, Meals on Wheels, and health screenings.
Social Security Administration Locations
Other listings include transportation services,
local support group locations, and hotlines that help with issues
like depression and bereavement.

people with hearing, vision, mobility, and other
common age-related conditions are available at no
cost from the California Telephone Access Program
(CTAP), a program of the California Public Utilities
