Referral Guides focus on free and low cost services, and therefore
we do not charge non-profit organizations to be listed in our
directories. In response to requests both from organizations and
those using our directories, we also offer paid listings for private
for-profit organizations on a space-available basis. The information
below explains the steps for listing your organization in our
Referral Guides.
Non-Profit Listings
Rainbow Referral Guides do not charge for listing a non-profit
organization or agency. Non-profit agencies may complete the
listing form either
online or by printing out our
Listing Form (requires
Adobe® Reader®) and returning it via e-mail, regular mail, or fax
along with a copy of their 501(c)(3) certification.
Those agencies
completing the online form must also fax a copy of their 501(c)(3)
to (714) 755-2983 before the listing can be published.
For-Profit Listings
We have received many requests to list private for-profit
agencies in our directories, and now offer a limited number of paid
listings. Our goal is to provide a cost-effective approach for
private for-profit agencies that provide the same or similar
services as the non-profit agencies. Many who provide services to
those with limited resources have found success listing in our
directories. All paid listings are also included in our
statewide
California Rainbow Referral Guide CD
and on the home page of this website at no additional cost. A
standard for-profit listing costs $250 and $100 for each additional
listing.
